1. Cancellation Window
Cancellations made 30 days prior to departure are eligible for a partial refund, minus non-refundable visa and booking fees.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Visa processing fees, government levies, and certain airline early-bird tickets are strictly non-refundable once processed.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
