All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by UzTravels. Your reservation is only confirmed once initial payment is received.
2. Documentation
It is the pilgrim's responsibility to provide accurate passport details and required health certifications for visa processing.
3. Conduct during Journey
Pilgrims are expected to follow local laws and cultural norms of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at all times during their sacred journey.
4. Liability
While we strive for excellence, we are not liable for delays or changes caused by airlines, government regulations, or natural events.
